Agreements and Release
1. To induce the Marquette Adult Soccer Club to accept my registration, I hereby give my consent and agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Marquette Adult Soccer Club, its officers, officials, coaches and others assisting or participating any of club's said activities and games for any claim arising out of injury or personal property damage to the registered individual.
2. I understand that the Marquette Adult Soccer Club is an organization maintained and operated by the players and other interested parties and I agree to assist, in some manner, in the activities of the Marquette Adult Soccer Club if requested to do so.
3. I agree to abide by the Policies, Rules, Constitution and By-Laws of the Marquette Adult Soccer Club.
